By accessing or using Optiware ("the Application"), provided by Inforbase Lda. ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Because Optiware is a B2B platform, your access is subject to a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or contract between Inforbase Lda. and your employer or organization ("Client").
Optiware is a proprietary software solution designed for enterprise data management and workflow automation. It is not available for public registration.
Authorized Access: You may only use the Application if you are an authorized representative of a Client.
Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the software, or use the Application for any illegal purposes.
Optiware may allow you to integrate with third-party services, such as Google Workspace.
Your use of Google services through Optiware is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for ensuring your organization has the necessary permissions to authorize these integrations.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to Optiware, including software, branding (Inforbase Lda.), and logos, are the exclusive property of Inforbase Lda. and its licensors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Optiware if:
The contract between Inforbase Lda. and your organization expires or is terminated.
You violate these Terms of Service.
We detect unauthorized or malicious activity originating from your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inforbase Lda. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Optiware. Our total liability is governed by the primary contract held with the Client.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
